Scale Route ("Scale Route", "we", "us") provides booking, follow-up and marketing automation services to local businesses. We are based in Canton, Ohio. This policy covers scaleroute.co and the communications we send. Questions go to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or an audit, or contact us, we collect your name, business name, mobile number, email address, type of business, any links you share, and anything you write in the message field.
Texting consent records. If you check a box agreeing to receive text messages, we record which box, the date and time, and the page you were on.
Communications. We keep the messages, emails and call notes exchanged between you and us.
Usage information. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies to see which pages are visited, along with standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and country.

4. Text messaging

We only send text messages to people who have given us consent. Consent to receive texts is optional and is never a condition of buying anything from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship and messaging platform, website hosting, scheduling and payment processing. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
A successor, if our business is sold or merged, under the same protections described here.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax and record-keeping needs. Texting consent records are kept for at least as long as the law and mobile carriers require.

7. Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or click unsubscribe in any marketing email.
Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor valid requests regardless of your state.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
